1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnTray's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including registered subscribers, trial users, and visitors.

2. Description of Services

OnTray provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for:

• Travel agency management (booking, packages, departures, visa tracking)
• Homestay property management (properties, units, reservations)
• Basic accounting and financial management
• Customer relationship management
• Website and content management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: To use OnTray services, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to create an account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as selected during registration.

4.2 Free Trial: Free trial accounts have limited features and usage quotas. Trial periods are non-transferable.

4.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's integrity
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property: OnTray, including its logos, software, and documentation, is owned by DETRIX Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to OnTray. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnTray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

8.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.

8.3 Data Retention: Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
